Speakers for World Oceans Summit Announced

The Economist's World Oceans Summit has released its list of speakers for its meeting in Singapore February 22-24, 2012. The meeting will look at how ocean activity can be managed sustainably and includes high profile speakers such as Robert Zoellick, Sylvia Earle, and many others. The MESP's current director, Linwood Pendleton, will be on the "Why value the oceans?" discussion panel on day 2 of the event and "From REDD to Blue? Blue carbon and financing mechanisms for the oceans" on day 3.
