Attached, is the latest draft of the McKenzie Watershed - EWEB water customer survey that the survey design group has been working on. Note, that there's still a few more holes to fill and revisions yet to be made, but it's coming along (also, survey design group, I made a few revisions since what I sent out Wednesday afternoon, e.g., Q-13). Remember that our goal is to answer the following general research questions:
Willamatte Partnership (http://willamettepartnership.org/) has been developing a nutrient trading protocol to increase water quality here in Oregon and helping others develop protocols to fit the needs and challenges of their local markets. This graphic, "Building Nutrient Tradnig Protocols," was designed as a tool to help organizations around the country to idenitfy those issues that typically need to be tailored to the goals of each program, arranged into the steps fo the general crediting process.
This document outlines the different levels of stakeholder engagement encessary for the Mokelumne program to ensure each stakeholder is appropriately engaged given their respective amounts of time and levels of commitment to program development. The Communication Action Plan is also included, which aligns specific communication techniques with stakeholder groups considering the amount and timing of available resources. It is initially populated with near-term priority actions.
The Program Tools Identification & Evaluation Table informs efficient program development by identifying and leveraging existing tools that can either be directly used, modified to be used, or become models for Mokelumne Environmental Benefits Program tools and protocols.
